This case study explores the industry-wide shift towards smaller, tight-tolerance micro-molded components, affecting a wide range of markets and end-applications, including medical devices, consumer electronics, automotive components, and beyond. This project involved concerns that traditional manufacturing methods may fail to deliver the required quality and repeatability needed for small components (4.18mm x 4.61mm) using 30% GF LCP resin. Our innovative approach resulted in benefits such as reduced material waste, cycle time, and more. Explore the case study in more detail here or please visit our case study page.
